Keep up-to-Date on the Latest – with Expert Seminars.
Thank you for your interest in our seminars. Please read the following information carefully, since these conditions are the basis for your binding registration for seminars at the KLINGELNBERG training center in accordance with the seminar calendar on our website.
The events listed in the seminar calendar on our website generally take place in the training center at KLINGELNBERG AG, Binzmühlestrasse 171, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland. Please refer to the descriptions in the seminar calendar for information about the contents and requirements of the individual seminars. In order to get the most from the training, you should only register for seminars if you meet the prerequisites for attendance. We would be pleased to assist you if you have any questions. To create a productive learning environment, the seminars are usually limited to a maximum of 10 participants, with a minimum of 3 participants.
All registrations should be made using the registration form on our website. Your registration should be submitted at least 4 weeks before the seminar begins. You will then receive an e-mail with confirmation of your registration and an invoice for the participation fee.
The registration will not be final until the participation fee has been paid as stated on the invoice sent by KLINGELNBERG AG, provided that the minimum number of participants have registered for the seminar.
The registration may be canceled up to 4 weeks before the seminar begins without incurring a cancellation fee, which must be done in writing (e-mail permitted). After this time, payment is due in full. Of course, a replacement participant may be sent to attend the seminar.
KLINGELNBERG AG reserves the right to make changes to the organization, staffing and program agenda of a seminar, provided this does not significantly affect the overall nature or content thereof.
At least 3 weeks before the scheduled start of the seminar, you will be notified whether the seminar will take place based on the required minimum number of participants.
You will be notified immediately if a seminar has to be postponed until a later date for unforeseen reasons.
In any event of cancellation, KLINGELNBERG AG is only obliged to reimburse participation fees that have already been paid. Further liability for costs incurred by seminar participants is excluded.
Participants who have already registered may be enrolled in the next scheduled seminar upon request.
You will receive the invoice for the participation fee together with the registration confirmation. The participation fee must be paid in full at least 4 weeks before the seminar begins. The participation fee for last-minute registrations during the 4 weeks before the seminar begins is payable immediately.
If the seminar is canceled by KLINGELNBERG AG, the invoice will be canceled immediately and the participation fee that has been paid will be reimbursed.
Participants are responsible for payment transfer charges.
The participation fee covers the cost of the seminar and the documentation, as well as lunch and refreshments during the seminar. Seminar participants are responsible for additional expenses such as travel costs, overnight accommodation and meals.
Each participant will receive a confirmation of participation certificate upon completing the course.
We would be pleased to assist you with hotel reservations at your request. You will receive an overview of hotels near the KLINGELNBERG training center together with your confirmation of registration. Hotel rooms will be booked under the name and account of the seminar participant.
We look forward to receiving your registration and wish you every success attending our seminars.
